What the site knows about you

The reference is read without signing in. The counters serve one purpose: to see which sheets are opened and which unit is missing. They can be switched off right here.

The statistics set the order in which new sheets are written — not our preferences. They show where a reader leaves halfway down a page and which section he did not find.

We do not try to learn who you are. A browser identifier is needed so that one reader is not counted as ten; matching it to a name we cannot do and will not. Until consent is given no counter loads at all — not merely writes no cookie, but is not fetched.

Your consent settings
no choice made
The choice is kept in the browser, separately on each device, and is not sent to the server. After a refusal the counter is not attached on subsequent loads; a page already open should be reloaded.
01 · In brief

Six points instead of ten pages

The full wording is below, but everything essential fits here
01
Nothing personal is required
We ask for no name, no address, no payment. You can name yourself only of your own accord, in a letter. The network address goes to the delivery contractor without consent; that is not a counter, and it cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
02
Two groups of counters
The first counts visits, the second records the stream of actions. Neither tries to learn who you are: the browser identifier exists so that one reader is not counted as ten.
03
Consent is withdrawn in one click
Until consent is given the scripts do not load. After a refusal the counter is not attached on subsequent loads; a page already open must be reloaded.
04
Not sold, not given for anyone else’s advertising
The counters are run by contractors on our task, not for their own advertising. The terms are in their policies; a separate processing agreement is concluded when a service is switched on. Names and countries are below.
05
There are input fields, and the recording sees them
There are no fields for a name, an address or payment. There are search and conversion: the recording may see which unit was looked for. That is precisely what it is for — to learn what the reference lacks.
06
Server logs — separate and short-lived
Technical records of requests are needed to keep the site working and to fend off attacks. They are not matched with the statistics and are kept до четырнадцати дней.
02 · What exactly is collected

Two groups, different in purpose

The contractors work on our instructions: the purposes of processing are set by the site, not by them
Traffic counters
Page views, the source of the visit, the approximate area from the network address, the type of device and browser, events on the sheet — whether the reader opened the conversion, whether he scrolled down to the history.

Retention: about a year.
Recording of actions on the page
Not a picture of the screen but a stream of events: cursor movements, clicks, scrolling, changes of window size. From that stream the service reassembles a replay of the page — so it becomes visible why a reader never reached the field he needed. A query in the search box and a number in the conversion field are visible in such a recording.

Retention: the recordings themselves about a month. The cookie lives longer, to tie visits together, and contains no replay in itself.

As a rule it turns out that the stand does not read on a narrow screen, or that a slider is not taken for a slider. That is what the recordings are for.

What happens without consent
Delivery of the site
The pages are served by Cloudflare · Cloudflare, Inc. · United States. Every request enters its technical logs together with the network address — without that the site can neither be delivered nor defended against robots running through the pages. The browser also sends reports there when a connection breaks. The fonts sit on our own domain and reach out nowhere.
03 · Cookies

What appears in the browser

The rows about counters appear only after consent. The consent choice is written to the browser store when you make it — including when you refuse. The delivery of the site may have technical cookies of its own: they are not counters and are not listed in this table.

The exact composition is set by the services themselves and may change in their updates. What is actually there can always be seen in the browser’s developer tools — and deleted there as well.

04 · Grounds

By what right this is done

The counters work only with your consent. Before «allow» is pressed the scripts are not fetched and no statistics are gathered at all. Consent is withdrawn here as well: after a refusal the counter is not attached on subsequent loads, and a page already open must be reloaded.

The technical logs of the web server — the address of the request, the response code, the type of browser, the network address — are kept without consent: without them the site cannot be maintained or defended against automated attacks. These records may not be used for anything else, and they are kept до четырнадцати дней.

The data of the counters end up on the servers of the contractors named above, which means they may leave the reader’s country. If that is unacceptable to you, switch the group off: the counter will not load, and the reference will not change by a single line. The delivery of the site remains: it cannot be switched off without breaking the page.

05 · Your rights

What you may demand

To know what is collected
The composition of the data, the retention periods and the contractors are listed on this page; on request we will send the same list by letter.
To withdraw consent
In the settings above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the moment of withdrawal.
To have data deleted
Cookies are deleted from the browser by you. Deletion on the side of the services we request ourselves, but «your» records can be found only by the identifier from the cookie — send it if you have it.
To object to processing
You may object to the keeping of technical logs; we are obliged to consider the objection and explain the decision.
To receive a copy
Correspondence we will send on request. Which counter records are yours cannot be established without the identifier from the cookie — neither by us nor by the contractor.
To complain
To the supervisory authority of your country — regardless of whether you came to us first.
Where to write
[email protected]
With «data» in the subject line. An answer within thirty days, usually sooner. You need not give a name; but if the matter concerns counter records, attach the identifier from the cookie — otherwise we will not know which records are yours.

Children
The reference is not addressed to children and collects no information about age. There are no verification mechanisms because there are no data that would require such verification.
Browser signals
The Do Not Track header and the Global Privacy Control signal are treated as a refusal: with them present the counters do not load, even if consent was given earlier. The switches above then do not matter, and the page shows them dimmed.
Changes to the policy
The date of revision stands at the head of the page. If a service is added or the composition of the data changes, consent will be asked anew and the previous choice reset.
